
Hi. I am Sandra!
Welcome to my website! I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the original and largest health coaching school in the country. There, I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also earned my certification in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition through Colin T. Campbell’s Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. My passion is to help others learn how to be their best selves. Health is more than just looking good in a swimsuit. It is about what's happening inside your body that you cannot see. I have personally reversed inflammation, lowered my cholesterol and triglycerides, and corrected hormone imbalances over time by making small, simple lifestyle shifts. I have more energy in my fifties than I did in my thirties! And if I can do it, so can you!
I offer a holistic, personalized health coaching program because we all have unique lifestyles and different health and wellness goals.
